Bluehat Group hosted a Recruitment and Induction Day at their Hertford office with the aim to expand their on-site event team. Thirteen keen candidates attended the event to learn about the team building company’s games and structure.
The day was a great success in getting to know more about the potential recruits, their backgrounds, experience in the event industry and most importantly to ascertain their potential to be the right person, on the right event. The induction gave candidates the opportunity to experience a selection of events that Bluehat offer and allowed the company to see how they interacted with one another and the game.
Kerry, who was one of the attendees of the event comments, “I really enjoyed the whole day, it was good to see new team building games and have the chance to see what we will be potentially delivering to clients. It was all very professional.”
