A world leading financial transactions company were hosting their biennial conference for 1000 delegates in Berkshire.
As part of the event, they wanted a fun and engaging activity to bond team members and help reinforce key conference messages. Due to the large numbers, they had been unable to find a suitable activity, until that is, they called Blue Hat.
The event was a huge success and saw everyone of the 1000 delegates fully involved and engaged in the activity.
Based on the group demographic, the timings, the space at the venue and the client’s success criteria, a recommended shortlist was put forward and the activity ‘Beat the Clock’ was selected.
The flexibility of Beat the Clock in terms of space required, short set up time, being scalable to unlimited numbers, having the ability to be tailored to each specific client and of course being great fun for all involved meant it was the perfect team building activity.
