The Situation
A world leading Global Technology company rewquired one activity for 900 delegates located in four different countries.
The virtual event Around the World in 80 days was the perfect solution and delegates would be able to play the game where Fogg has cut the map into 40 pieces and hidden each piece around the world along with 40 clues as to where his current hiding place is.
Challenges

- An activity that everyone would get the same experience from
- Form new connections and strengthen teams
Outcome
A virtual team building experience for 5 teams in 5 different time zones in one 24 hour period.
The Solution
We provided a festive but not exclusively Christmas based team building activity that was fun and also delivered learning and development opportunities such as effective communication and group interaction.
Around the World in 80 Days features teams flying in around the world in a hot air balloon ride that includes scavenger hunts of items that can be found in one’s home allowing dynamic engagement and interaction.
We delivered this same event 5 times throughout a 24 hour period in order to allow for working hours in the different time zones with teams of up to 300 people at a time playing virtually.
It was such a success, they’ve booked again this year!
