A Night at the Races is so much more than just a classic horse race evening. It’s the most interactive and engaging event of it’s type you’ll find. A professional host will entertain your team with wit and humour and is supported by the bookies who keep the betting slips flying and the additional bonus horse race themed team challenges ready to go.
Alongside the racing, we also bring a series of fun and hilarious practical race-themed team tasks to challenge and amuse your group. This may include dressing up as a jockey and horse, taking on the jockey cap challenge, participating in the betting slip frenzy, putting together a team ditty in the Limerick race course challenge, and more.

How it Works
Our enigmatic host will deliver the experience in theme. They will welcome guests, go over the basic rules and objectives and ensure the pace and atmosphere in the room remains at fever pitch.
Teams are given some fun money at the start of the event. This is their betting kitty…so keep it safe! Teams can also earn bonus fun money in the challenges to give them more to bet on the races with.
There are up to 8 races on the event (dependent on your preferred timings), which can be run at any time during the course of your evening. Each time the gates open and the horses bolt, the room becomes transfixed. Our host delivers race commentary, with team members cheering on the horses they’ve put a wager on. As the horses cross the line, euphoric screams of joy just always outweigh the moans of misery as teams work out what they’ve won or lost.
A leader board keeps track of the scores with the team with the most fun money at the end of the event topping the leader board, and being crowned company champions.
Should your vision and budget allow, you can add further wow factor by upgrading the experience to include jockey silks for our tote girls and boys, a themed tote area, racing themed backdrop, personalised race cards with your company branding/ key corporate messages, more exciting prizes such as a stake in a real racehorse for the winners (which includes access to the trainer’s enclosure at race meets around the UK and a share in any prize money).
