Ben and Neil met over 20 years ago on a corporate event at a country house hotel in Surrey. They shared a passion for creating innovative teambuilding events. This shared passion drove them both to design and build teambuilding experiences that had never been seen before. It has led to a multi award winning portfolio of events and products that have since been delivered to over 1 million people in over 50 countries around the world. And 20 years later, their enthusiasm for impressing corporate clients with sophisticated, intelligent and involving events that engage 100% of a group, whether there are 10 or 1000+, is as strong as it was on day one.
Their team at Blue Hat Teambuilding are a dedicated collection of industry professionals. Each driven to provide clients with the very best teambuilding event solutions and customer service available in the industry. We take great care to recruit brilliant people. And that includes finding people that you’ll enjoy working with.
Job satisfaction is also important to us as demonstrated by the fact that the average duration of employment for the current team is over 10 years.
This is where the magic begins. Our desire to innovate in the teambuilding arena, combined with in-house design and manufacture facilities and a team of very creative people results in the most sophisticated, fun and interesting teambuilding event portfolio you will find. Our team work tirelessly to produce amazing event concepts, then craft them to a perfecting standard. We have never come across another specialist teambuilding company that has the focus or invests a comparable level of resources into developing new and engaging team building events. This helps us stand apart from the rest. There are no restrictions as to what can be created. Whatever “off the wall” ideas clients come up with, they can be turned into a tangible reality that will work in a team event scenario. ‘If you can think it, we can build it.’ boasts Neil, who worked on the props and scenery for the original Phantom of the Opera theatre production.

The event delivery team are specialists in logistics to ensure your event is planned down to the finest of detail. They’ll work closely with you keeping you up to date on progress and making the preparation and delivery of your team building event seamless and hassle-free.
Who would you prefer to front up your event? An Event Manager or a professional Presenter? We see the skills sets as being very different. Most other companies combine the two roles into the Event Manager. But at Blue Hat, our Event Managers are responsible for the overall success and delivery of your event on the day – they liaise with the onsite support crew, presenters, venue staff, your team and any other suppliers you may have on site to ensure a seamless event experience. Blue Hat Presenters are solely focused on hosting your team and elevating their event experience. They do so in an energetic and engaging manner to ensure maximum participation from your delegates. This adds huge value to the whole event experience. Our clients often request specific presenters.
