Our Account Managers are likely to be the people you speak to when you first enquire. This is where your Blue Hat Teambuilding journey starts. A consultative approach develops a closer understanding of your exact requirements and enables the most suitable event options to be recommended. Our Account Managers are also able to offer excellent advice on other elements connected to your event including venue hire, audio visual, travel logistics and more.
Once your event is confirmed, one of our in-house Project Managers is added to your event team. Your Project Manager looks after every aspect of your event all the way through to delivery. The event delivery team are specialists in logistics to ensure your event is planned down to the finest of detail. They’ll work closely with you keeping you up to date on progress and making the preparation and delivery of your team building event seamless and hassle-free.
Who would you prefer to front up your event? An Event Manager or a professional Presenter? We see the skills sets as being very different. Most other companies combine the two roles into the Event Manager. But at Blue Hat, our Event Managers are responsible for the overall success and delivery of your event on the day – they liaise with the onsite support crew, presenters, venue staff, your team and any other suppliers you may have on site to ensure a seamless event experience. Blue Hat Presenters are solely focused on hosting your team and elevating their event experience. They do so in an energetic and engaging manner to ensure maximum participation from your delegates. This adds huge value to the whole event experience. Our clients often request specific presenters.
