A top 4 international bank had 300 delegates with a date in their diaries, but nowhere to go. They had been using an agency who had been unable to find the right solution. They then spent time searching themselves and were still unable to find a venue space to match their brief. Having already engaged Bluehat to design and deliver the content of the day, they then came to us in desperate need of the perfect venue. We immediately highlighted a number of interesting options and from these, they chose the wonderful East Winter Garden at Canary Wharf.

A leading recruitment firm were looking for an exclusive location for an incentive trip abroad to celebrate a successful quarter. Knowing of our international reach and expertise, they came to us for ideas. We recommended a selection of venues in beautiful European cities that were quick and easy to reach and they chose the 5* Gritti Palace in Venice. Our client wanted the very best property and there is no venue more opulent and elegant as the Gritti Palace. As there is only one such place in Venice, as a rule, they do not offer discounts on standard rates. As a demonstration of our skill and experience, we focused on concessions and helped the client negotiate complimentary breakfasts for all delegates and room upgrades for all the star performers, saving a tidy sum for our client and adding extra wow factor for the guests. As part of our consultancy service, we also mitigated the risk for the client by negotiating the venues standard clauses to reduce the clients liabilities from cancellation and force majeure.

A leading online food ordering service wanted a venue in Brighton capable of supporting 550 delegates over a 5 day period for their annual conference. They also wanted the best venue in town. With our enviable relationships, we were able to secure the famous Brighton Grand as the main conference location. The Grand also housed most of the delegates with the overspill falling into the Holiday Inn just a minutes’ walk away and also on the sea front. Further to this we were able to negotiate rates to save the client £10k’s which they used to add extra wow factor to other areas of their conference.
