The Concept

How well do your team actually know each other? Do you want to integrate new starters into the team? Virtual Who’s Who is designed to help you to get to know one another that little bit better and challenge perceptions of each other.

Each player creates a unique profile and the other players have to guess what that is. Using video interaction, connect with other players in your company you think will fit the profile you are looking for. Virtual Who’s Who gives everyone a chance to stay connected, socialise and get to know each other better!

How It Works

Each player is asked to choose 1 of 16 pre-determined fun “tongue in cheek” game characters from a ‘lottery winner’ to ‘erotic dancer’ and a few fun questions to create a unique “identity”.

The goal of the game is to find as many of the 16 characters amongst your colleagues as you can within the allotted time. Bonus points are awarded for finding ‘Soul Mates’ (the same character) as well as groups of 4 new characters.

Using a conference platform (e.g. Zoom), our Presenter will energise your team and then split them into a series of breakout rooms where they meet different colleagues for a set period of time.

Using our App, each player will share their unique game code with the others and 2 random questions about them are presented for the other player to answer. If answered correctly, points are earned… How many colleagues can you meet in the allotted time before joining a new set of co-workers in another breakout room?

So, whether there are 10 of you playing or 1000+, the clock starts when you start your game. Who will complete the full set of 16 game characters in the quickest time?

“As someone who is quite cynical about these things, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the event was great fun and quite challenging. I found myself really getting into it and it allowed some great inter-team banter which had been sorely missing for a few weeks. It was easy to follow what to do and we found ourselves really racing to get through as much as possible. Really good fun, diverse activities and challenging. The Blue Hat team are fantastic as well on a personal note.”
